Attention, New Hampshire assignment and Political editors

GOP U.S. Senate candidate Andy Martin triggers an immediate response when he demands a meeting in a New Hampshire school lunch battle

Andy says a cafeteria operator must rehire a dismissed worker with back pay – and the firm immediately agrees

Andy says he will try to convince the fired worker to return to work

(MANCHESTER, NH) (May 17, 2018) --- GOP U. S. Senate candidate
Andy Martin triggered an immediate response Friday when he demanded a meeting with the catering firm that had fired a New Hampshire school cafeteria worker for providing lunch to a student. Shortly after receiving Andy’s letter, Cafe Services agreed to rehire the fired worker, who had been dismissed for providing a school lunch to a student without adequate funds on hand.

“What a difference a U.S. Senate candidate can make when a large firm is beating up on one of their employees, and the local school board does nothing,” Andy says. “The minute Cafe Services realized they had to face a serious defender of Bonnie Kimball, they folded. (Andy’s letter is reproduced below.)

“This is a win for New Hampshire values. Grafton County is not New York and it is not Los Angeles. It is classic, quintessential New Hampshire. We treat each other as friends and neighbors, not strangers and enemies. Ms. Kimball did nothing wrong. She took care of a student. We don’t know what the situation was, probably a harried mom that overlooked making a payment. (I can relate to that.) Bonnie took care of the student. That is the way Granite Staters react. We don’t say, ‘Go ahead and starve, kid,’ or offer a cold substitute. The boy probably had no idea that the school board had a policy of cold lunches when you don’t have cold cash.

“I am the only U.S. Senate candidate who represents New Hampshire values. Unlike Shaheen, my campaign is not fueled with tens of millions of dirty dollars from Washington lobbyists and special interests. I can speak for every Granite Stater because I reflect Granite State values. My family received a warm welcome from New Hampshire citizens over a century ago; we have been ‘paying back’ for over a century.

“Ms. Kimball is obviously hurt. She was treated badly. [See links below.] She was unjustly called a thief; no apology has yet been forthcoming. I am trying to contact her to convince her to go back to work. She represents a bigger issue than just herself. She did the honorable thing and we need her back on line looking after her kids. I will do what I can to convince Cafe Services to make a generous settlement offer and issue an apology, and I will urge Ms. Kimball to accept. The decision to return is hers alone, but she stands for more than just an $8 lunch. She has become a representative of what makes New Hampshire great and good,” Andy says. “If anyone has her phone number, please send it along.”

Urgent request for meeting and reinstatement of Bonnie Kimball

Dear Mr. Matheson:

I am writing about the abusive treatment of one of your employees as reported in the national media. As a U. S. Senate candidate, I am concerned about the proper functioning of the federal school lunch program.

I am writing with two urgent requests:

1. I would like to schedule an immediate meeting with you to discuss and potentially resolve Ms. Kimball’s situation.

2. I ask that pendente lite Ms. Kimball be reinstated with back pay.

I believe we should attempt to resolve this matter informally and without the need of a superior court lawsuit. In New Hampshire we treat each other as neighbors, not on an impersonal basis. We are not New York or Los Angeles.

I have no doubt that the student who received luncheon items, and paid the next day, was not aware of the intricacies of federal lunch regulations. These regs may need changing and legislative oversight. I do not believe it is federal legislative policy that kids do without.

I find your treatment of an employee who extended a kindness to a student unconscionable.

You can reach me quickest by email or fax. I would respectfully request that you respond at your earliest convenience so as to obviate the need for more direct action.

Sincerely yours,

Andy Martin

CONSERVATIVES TAKE NOTICE, GRANITE GROK SAYS ANDY MARTIN MAY BE RIGHT ON INCOMPETENT NH GOP LEADERSHIP

WHERE IS THE NH STATE GOP RESPONSE TO DEMOCRATIC EFFORTS TO STUFF NEW HAMPSHIRE’S BALLOT BOXES WITH INELIGIBLE VOTERS?

ANDY’S “HOMETOWN” ANNOUNCEMENT OF CANDIDACY

(MANCHESTER, NH) (May 6, 2018) --- Confirming that he is the only Granite State Republican who will wage an aggressive battle against Jeanne Shaheen, Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin will hold a Manchester news conference Monday, May 6 to attack Shaheen for encouraging vote fraud, illegal voting by ineligible voters voting and de facto blatant ballot box stuffing.

Andy is making a hometown announcement after announcing his senate candidacy Friday in Washington, DC.

Andy questions why at least sixteen (16) Democratic presidential candidates are supporting Shaheen’s demand that they support voting by illegal and illegible voters, and yet the state GOP has been silent in counterattacking Shaheen and her presidential bozos. (Please see links [1] – [3] below.)

“President Trump says he is a ‘counterpuncher,’” Andy says. “Well if Republican voters know anything about me, I am a Granite State counterpuncher that sticks up for ordinary citizens and families. For almost a decade I have been making bipartisan efforts to prevent unauthorized voting by ineligible voters in New Hampshire. The GOP legislature made progress in reforming ballot access to filter out ineligible voters. But now that Democrats are trying to undermine ballot reform, the GOP leadership is silent.

“The law is simple: you can have many ‘residences’ but only one domicile. The common law doctrine of domicile goes back hundreds of years in America. Like liberal icon Elizabeth Warren I support the right of every voter to vote in the voting district of their domicile. ‘Honest voting’ should be a bipartisan goal. But Democrats in NH are seeking an advantage by encouraging illegal votes.

“Every election we have thousands of people who use out-of—state IDs to register to vote on election day, and then disappear. This is democracy? On the contrary, this is Chicago-style vote fraud, plain and simple.

“If you are claimed as a dependent by your out-of-state parents on their tax return, you are NOT domiciled in New Hampshire. If you have an out-of-state driver license, you are NOT domiciled in New Hampshire. Transient ‘residents’ are NOT domiciled in New Hampshire. If a college student goes ‘home’ for Christmas and Spring and Summer vacations, or has a car registered at his or her out-of-state ‘home’ address, they are NOT domiciled in New Hampshire.

“Despite the clarity of the legal principle involved, Democrats have tried to recruit ineligible voters so they can defeat Republicans. Kelly Ayotte was robbed of a U. S. Senate seat in 2016 because of ineligible voters. Trump lost New Hampshire by a few thousand votes. Now Shaheen and her co-conspirators are trying to systematically stuff New Hampshire ballot boxes with ineligible votes in 2020.

“If state GOP leaders will not stand up to the Democrats ‘chorus of corruption’ supporting vote fraud, how can they be an effective opposition? How can they support a senate candidate if they won’t condemn ballot box stuffing by the Democrats?

“I can be an effective U. S. Senate candidate because I have a long track record of fighting for honest voting and ballot integrity in New Hampshire.

“Some conservatives are noticing my extensive and consistent track record of fighting for ballot integrity and other conservative issues. (Please see link [4] below.) A respected conservative blog, www.granitegrok.com, noted that my accusations that the GOP is frittering away federal elections in New Hampshire is correct.

“Because I have a unique approach to attacking Shaheen, given that there will not be millions of local or national dollars to oppose her, I am the party’s best choice to make a serious run at Shaheen and defeat her with a grass roots effort. My effort, in turn, would help revitalize local Republican Party committees. What’s not to like?

“Who are my primary opponents? Where are they hiding?

“My family came to Manchester over one hundred years ago. I am committed to making New Hampshire a better place to work and live. Jeanne Shaheen is committed to being a servant of her Democratic Party masters and, unfortunately, New Hampshire GOP leaders are doing very little to get her out of office. You can’t win an election if you’re not prepared to stand up and fight. President Trump proved that.”

Andy Martin announces he will run for the U. S. Senate against Liberal Democrat Jeanne Shaheen in 2020

(Washington, DC) (May 3, 2018) --- New Hampshire Republican Andy Martin will hold a Washington, DC news conference Friday, May 3 to announce he is challenging incumbent New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen. Martin is in Washington for briefings. He will hold his news conference at the Capital Hilton.

Martin has been a political activist in New Hampshire for a decade. In 2018 he upended the First District congressional primary when he devasted the leading candidate with embarrassing disclosures. Martin has been fighting to revitalize the decrepit New Hampshire Republican Party, which in 2018 spent more money fighting his reform efforts than it did supporting actual Republican candidates.

“The New Hampshire GOP today is a ‘shell’ of a political organization,” Martin says. “It is simply not capable of winning federal elections against the local Democratic machine. The party has been devastated by corrupt and incompetent leadership in the past decade. I hope the new chairman will conduct honest and open primary elections. If he does, he has my complete support. If he does not, we will take the corrupt party leaders down, again. 2018 was a warning. Up until recently, the party was led by anti-Trump saboteurs. How can you win when you are opposing the party’s nominee and incumbent?

“I support President Donald Trump.

“Lists of names have been mentioned as potential primary opponents for me. I urge them to look back to 2018, when we ran primary oponents through a buzz saw that changed the face of the general election. I am ready to take on all comers in my efforts to support the president and give New Hampshire a rational voice in the U. S. Senate.

“Because the New Hampshire Republican Party essentially has no money and no resources, only a creative and combative candidate can pose a serious challenge to Shaheen. To paraphrase President Trump, ‘I am that candidate.’ I can run a guerilla campaign against Shaheen and expose her as someone who has betrayed New Hampshire and is no longer competent to sit in the senate. Her ‘spying’ blooper during the Barr hearing shows she is no longer up to the job, if she ever was.”

Andy plans to issue a detailed letter to New Hampshire Republicans over the weekend, explaining the basis for his candidacy.

Andy will hold a “hometown” announcement of his candidacy in Manchester May 6th.
