Re: Your attack on New Hampshire GOP Senate candidates
Dear Senator Schumer:
I suppose it is an honor to be slammed by the biggest
publicity hound in Washington – you. I had always considered you sleazy; but
after your latest caper, supporting Jeanne Shaheen by attacking me, you are downright
greasy. You are a prime example of why most Americans consider New Yorkers
obnoxious and untrustworthy. When it comes to the low road you never
disappoint.
I have watched Jeanne Shaheen’s steady decline over the past
six years (I ran in the 2014 GOP primary to oppose her) but I did not know how desperate
the poor thing was until she turned to you for support. You responded by
smearing three (3) veterans and making a general ass of yourself in New Hampshire,
where New York-style politics is most unwelcome.
I have an honorable discharge from the U. S. Air Force
(you can see it on my web site, www.AndyMartin2020.com). Two other candidates
are also veterans with significant service. The disrespect you reflect for men who
answered the call to service, and have suffered greatly for it, is a disgrace
to the Senate.
Now we know who really are.
I came to the Senate as an unpaid intern in 1965, writing
a thesis on the conference committee. In 1966 I returned as both a paid intern
and paid campaign operative. So, I know the senate up close. You are not fit to
shine the shoes of most senators from that era. Your principal claim to fame is
that you are the political godfather of disgraced pedophile Congressman Anthony
Wiener. What a legacy.
Enough of talking about your disgraceful record.
Let me address the specific concerns you raised about me.
1. “Serial litigant”
Next month I will attend a special dinner for members of
my law school class. Even as a law student I became a public interest lawyer,
exposing local corruption. Over the decade I have won landmark court victories.

I won a landmark victory for a U. S. Marine in the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court (see same link).
I understand you went to law school. I seriously doubt you
could find the door to the courthouse, prepare a motion or present a trial. But
you slander those, such as me, who have labored mightily and at great personal cost
to improve our judiciary. My senator, Paul H. Douglas, was always proud of my
efforts. I helped send crooked politicians to federal prison; I only wish you
had been one of them.
2. “King of the birthers”
In 2004 I wrote an expose of then senate candidate Barack
Obama.

Every accusation I made, long before the truth about
Obama was generally known, turned out to be substantially true. I was the first
independent author to do real research in Hawai’i. I carefully separated my own
beliefs from the facts I found. None of my facts were ever impeached.
The media labelled the anti-Obama movement “Birthers.” Initially,
the Birther movement focused on my research, which was carefully documented.
Later, political hucksters such as yourself (and Hillary Clinton) took my
research and distorted it.

Last year Adam Sexton at WMUR-TV, Channel 9, Manchester, falsely
accused me on live TV or having accused Obama of being born outside Hawai’i. I
corrected Mr. Sexton that I have never made such an accusation. I slammed back

On the contrary, I did file a lawsuit in Hawai’i to force
the release of Obama’s birth certificate, which he steadfastly refused to
disclose voluntarily. I filed in Hawai’i because I believed (and have always
believed) he was born there. My lawsuit was the opening set in what became
efforts to pry loose his original document. So please don’t lie about me,
Schumer. It may be hard for you to tell the truth, but at least try. I did not,
as you accuse me, “make a hobby of suing… Hawai’i.” And why did Obama fight
efforts to secure his birth certificate? What did he think he had to hide? We
still don’t know.
3. Is Obama a Muslim?
I will respond to one often-made accusation which for some
reason your sliming overlooked. In my original release exposing Obama (link
above), I said he could be a Muslim (his father and grandfather and all of his
relatives in Kenya were/are Muslims, how was he the odd man out?) and he was probably
hiding his past because he might be accused of anti-Semitism. I had intelligence
sources not available to the general public and my research turned out to be
100% correct. Well, well, what a surprise.
I knew in 2004 what the nation came to be painfully aware
over eight years. Obama has been accused of being the most anti-Semitic president
in recent political history, a worthy precursor to Representatives Talib and
Omar of today.
I think that Obama is and always was a Muslim
sympathizer. Interestingly, he never joined a Christian church in Washington and
since being reelected I doubt that he has attended services at any church where
he was not the featured guest. Obama’s God, however, was always himself, not
the guy/gal up in the heavens. I think reasonable people could disagree about Obama’s
religion, but no one could dispute his pro-Muslim sympathies.
President Trump is still cleaning up the mess Obama left
behind in Washington.
Conclusion
I knew Jeanne Shaheen was in decline, and increasingly
has to be propped up by the Democratic Party machine in New Hampshire. But I didn’t
realize she was so enfeebled she needed to import mud merchants such as
yourself to attack legitimate candidates in the GOP primary (I will let the
other candidates you attacked defend themselves).
I won’t ask for an apology. Having been shot at in Viet-Nam
and elsewhere, I have a pretty thick skin.
But I will ask for an apology on behalf of the People of
New Hampshire, Democrats, Republicans and Independents. We don’t want your cesspool-style
politics in New Hampshire; keep it for yourself in New York.
