[1] New Hampshire U. S. Senate
candidate Andy Martin is preparing to ask Pope Francis to intervene
in a New Hampshire election to stop fraud by a Benedictine college, St. Anselm
College, which is acting in conspiracy with WMUR-TV. [2] The University of New Hampshire
has agreed to reconsider its compliance with New Hampshire’s freedom of information
(“Right to know”) law. [3] Andy is preparing to picket the Hearst Family
headquarters in New York City to protest Hearst Family TV station corruption in
New Hampshire GOP politics. [4] An FCC complaint will allege WMUR discriminates
against Republicans. How does a discriminatory ratio of 11-to-2 against the GOP
sound to an ordinary voter? [5] New complaints about WMUR-TV arise in the
Second Congressional District.

BULLETINS:
1. University
of New Hampshire agrees to consider its compliance with the state’s freedom of information
(“Right to Know”) law
The
University of New Hampshire has agreed to reconsider its patently fraudulent
refusal to comply with New Hampshire’s freedom of information (“Right to Know”)
law. UNH had claimed it had not polled on Republican senate primary candidates,
when the results were actually listed on the school’s web site. UNH staff are
retaliating against Andy Martin. Because UNH is a state university, the “Mt.
Healthy Doctrine” applies, Mt. Healthy v. Doyle, 429 U. S. 274 (1977)
which bars retaliation by state agencies. New Hampshire applies the federal
precedent, Snelling v. Claremont, 931 A.2d 1272 (N.H. 2007). Andy has
set forth a prima facie case of unconstitutional retaliation and harassment by
a state agency in deliberately trying to rig polls against him.
2. New
charges of debate discrimination against WMUR-TV in Second Congressional District
Andy’s
charges of debate fraud are well-known. But now WMUR-TV is being accused of
debate fraud in another GOP primary. Even senate candidate Don Bolduc appears
to have protested the rigged second congressional district debate (though not protested
in Bolduc’s own primary). “In trying to lock the door on me, WMUR is also
discriminating against other candidates in other races to avoid obvious evidence
of discriminatory behavior,” Andy says. “The second congressional district
debate fraud is just another case of fake news and misinformation directed at
New Hampshire voters by WMUR.”
3. New
Hampshire candidate preparing to picket Hearst Family corporate headquarters on
8th Avenue in New York City
“WMUR’s
goal in disrupting and discriminating against my campaign is to control who
gets to run and be heard in New Hampshire, to protect Democrats from tough
opponents” Andy says. “I am preparing to go to the Hearst Family corporate headquarters
on 8th Avenue in New York City to picket the company for abusing its
public responsibilities as trustee of a TV station license. Because WMUR has a
local monopoly in New Hampshire, the Hearst Family’s discriminatory behavior is
disgraceful and even more corrosive to democracy.”
4. FCC
political discrimination case against Hearst Family TV station shows an 11-2
disparity against Republicans in debate participants, violating U. S.
Constitution
“In
2018, WMUR accommodated eleven (11) Democratic candidates in its debate format,”
Andy says. In 2020, WMUR is trying to limit Republicans to two (2) candidates
debating. WMUR is blatantly biased in favor of accommodating Democrats and discriminating
against Republicans. The 11-2 ratio is outrageous and indicative of just how
arrogant and corrupt the station’s employees are. It is a violation of FCC
principles to discriminate in favor of Democrats and against the Republicans.
The 11-2 ratio is powerful evidence of subservience to Democrats and hostility
against Republicans. President Trump take notice. We are drafting an emergency
complaint to the FCC.”
5. St.
Anselm College, a Benedictine Roman Catholic institution, is accused of polling
fraud
Andy
has learned that St. Anselm College’s polling center has conducted a second fraudulent
poll in which his name was deliberately excluded. A “poll” from which a candidate’s
name is deliberately excluded cannot be a valid poll under FCC practices. St.
Anselm has until today to provide exculpatory evidence or the Benedictine facility
will be sued. It appears that St Anselm’s is conspiring with WMUR to conduct
rigged debates against Andy’s campaign.
6. The
Hearst Family’s WMUR-TV discrimination against GOP candidates and senate candidate
Andy Martin is unprecedented in recent American media history
Andy’s
supporters have done research. There is no precedent for the Hearst Family’s efforts
to destroy a U. S. Senate candidate such as those that Hearst employees are
directing against Andy.
7. Pope
Francis will be asked to intercede in St. Anselm College’s debate polling fraud
as being against Catholic doctrine
Because
St. Anselm is a Benedictine Catholic institution, it holds itself to a higher
moral and ethical goal than the mere “morals of the marketplace.” Andy is preparing
to ask Pope Francis to intervene to urge Benedictines to block any fraudulent
polling or debate activity by St. Anselm’s. “I am sure the Holy Father will be
as distressed as I am at the blatant politicization of the college, a tax-exempt
institution, in furtherance of the nefarious agenda of WMUR-TV. Benedictines
cannot allow the college to support corrupt activity. It is a violation of
Catholic morality, as well as our tax laws,” Andy says.
8. Why
is the Hearst Family TV station WMUR-TV corrupting New Hampshire’s elections
with debates rigged in favor of Democrats?
WMUR’S
attempts to block Andy from debating his primary election opponents are consuming
an incredible amount of expense and energy on the part of colleges and media.
Why are they acting in this gratuitously hostile and discriminatory manner? Recently,
someone claiming to be “federal lawyer” (doubtful) verbally assaulted Andy and
complained that he cost political opponents hundreds of thousands of dollars to
defend against discrimination claims. “Then why not just conduct honest debates
and save the money?” Andy responded. Steve Negron, a second congressional district
primary candidate, has complained to WMUR and said the station’s practices excluding
candidates from debates “do not represent New Hampshire values.” Well said,
Steve.
